Disclaimer - All CAD & 3D renderings presented to you are as accurate as we can possibly make them, with the information available to us at the time of their creation or modification. All clients and designers associated with any given project are required to confirm, with the manufacturers provided spec sheets, and with our design team that the drawings presented to them by Infinite Woodworx, LLC are accurate and complete, according to your best ability. 

Infinite Woodworx, LLC does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided to us in regards to various other manufactures data sheets, client provided information, etc. We do, however, promise to operate in good faith to research all details to the best of our ability with each vendor, manufacturer, designer, architect, client, etc. to ensure to the best of our ability that all information included in the CAD and 3D renderings is accurate.

Infinite Woodworx, LLC is the sole owner of all digital content that it creates. This includes, but it is not limited to the following: CAD drawings, 3D renderings, cut-lists, work lists, contracts, scope-of-work papers, estimates, invoices, etc. 

Once your drafting and design project has been invoiced and paid in-full, the Copyright on the set of cabinetry and/or architectural drawings you've purchased (indicated by the project number listed on this estimate, matched with the corresponding drawing number on the associated CAD, 3D renderings, contract, estimate, invoice, etc.), will be transferred to you and you, the client, will be considered co-owner of said Copyright. 

All Copyright laws, as set forth by the State of Mississippi, will apply to this Copyright notice, and failure to honor this notice as is set forth herein, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
